Shipping policy

We deliver in Israel and abroad.

Items will be shipped within 3 business days of placing your order. The company will not be responsible for delays in the delivery of items as a result of events beyond its control (such as computer system failures, natural disasters, strikes, etc.).

The jewelry is packaged in a beautiful, hard gift box that is tucked into a padded envelope.

The figurines are packed in a hard and protected gift box.

If you purchased the item as a gift, please indicate this and we can add a greeting according to your wishes (you can indicate this at the time of purchase).

The delivery address must be written with exact accuracy as required, in order for the package to reach its destination.

1. Pick Up Delivery

Fast delivery – collection from a distribution point – at a cost of 10 NIS (up to 2 business days after delivery).

At the time of purchase, a link will be provided to indicate the selection of the nearest collection point.

2. Registered mail

Registered mail – at a cost of 15 NIS.

Comes up to 21 business days from the moment the package is sent and is subject to Israel Post services.

The package can be tracked in “Tracking Shipments” on the Israel Post website.

3. Delivery to address

Fast delivery by courier – up to 3 business days after delivery, at a cost of 40 NIS

Free delivery with purchase over 200 NIS

4. Self-collection

Self-collection from the studio in Herzliya – free.
